We offer a full end-to-end residential property management service that includes -

Ongoing management – covering the following - Rent collection monitored daily, so if payments are skipped we are right onto it. Regular inspections, every 13 weeks with detailed reporting and online images. Monthly financial statements showing all transactions, and a comprehensive annual statement (end of financial year 31st March). Bi-Monthly disbursements - all rents collected minus expenses are disbursed on the 15th and the 29th of the month. RTA updates – we will keep you updated with any changes in legislation. Disputes and mediation – this rarely happens (testimony to the quality of our tenants) however should a dispute arise, we can manage the application to the tribunal and arrange to represent you at mediation.

Letting service – There is an art to finding a tenant that’s the right fit for a property, and this is where our talent shines! You can leave the lot to us, from marketing your property to managing and vetting applications, conducting background and reference checks, to onboarding with tenancy agreement forms, bond lodgement, distribution of keys and entry inspection – right through to managing the tenancy moving forward.
